The TM concept36 concept was presented in 2015. Since then many enquirers have contacted us from all over the world.
In the past years we have tried to find manufacturing partners and build a reliable support chain for this kit, but could not find assuring solutions. Also knowing the issues with shipping, we did not start production of this kit until today.
To overcome these issues, we have taken also this bodykit to the next level: now you can download the full digital 3D model of the bodykit from here.
Having the complete model you can start manufacturing your own kit: you can use the 3D model in a CNC milling machine, which can provide the master plug for the panels of the kit.
With the plug the panels can be produced and then these panels can be positioned over the donor vehicle and you can decide on how to fix the panels on the vehicle (creating a kind of infill between the original bodypanels and the new ones, or fixing the new ones directly on the frame of the car).
Please note that high level knowledge of fiberglass manufacturing and mould making is necessary to produce the kit.

A TM concept36 terveit 2015-ben mutattuk be. Azóta számtalan megkeresést kaptunk a világ minden tájáról.
Az elmúlt évek során megpróbáltunk kialakítani egy megbízható gyártói és partneri bázist a kithez, azonban ez nem hozott megnuygtató eredményt. Továbbá ismerjük a szállítással kapcsolatos nehézségeket is.
A fenti problémák elkerülése érdekében a következő szintre fejlesztettük a bodykittet: mostantól letölthető a komplett 3D modell innen.
A teljes modell birtokában megkezdhető a bodykit gyártása: a modell egy CNC maró segítségével felhasználható az ősminta kimarására.
Az ősmintával elkészíthetőek az elemek, amelyeket már lehet pozicionálni a donor járműre, és meg lehet kezdeni az elemek rögzítését (akár kitöltve a hézagot az eredeti és az új panelek között, akár az újakat közvetlenül rögzítve az autó vázához).
Kérjük vegyék figyelembe, hogy magas szintű üvegszálas panel és mintakészítési szakértelem szükséges a bodykit gyártásához.
