TM concept30

The TM concept30 prototype was presented in 2014. Since then many enquirers have contacted us from all over the world.

In these years we have faced many issues regarding crating and shipping the bodykit panels. The complete set requires a lot of space, which makes it problematic and expensive to ship.

To overcome these issues, we have taken the bodykit to the next level: now you can download the full digital 3D model of the bodykit from here.

Having the complete model you can start manufacturing your own kit: you can use the 3D model in a CNC milling machine, which can provide the master plug for the panels of the kit.

With the plug the panels can be produced and then these panels can be positioned over the donor vehicle and you can decide on how to fix the panels on the vehicle (creating a kind of infill between the original bodypanels and the new ones, or fixing the new ones directly on the frame of the car).

Please note that this model was created on a digital model of the original e30, but some modifications were made during the prototype fabrication process. High level knowledge of fiberglass manufacturing and mould making is necessary to produce the kit.

Az évek során rengeteg probléma adódott a panelek csomagolásával és szállításával. Az egész bodykit nagyon nagy helyet foglal el, így a szállítása igen költséges.

A fenti problémák elkerülése érdekében a következő szintre fejlesztettük a bodykittet: mostantól letölthető a komplett 3D modell innen.

A teljes modell birtokában megkezdhető a bodykit gyártása: a modell egy CNC maró segítségével felhasználható az ősminta kimarására.

Az ősmintával elkészíthetőek az elemek, amelyeket már lehet pozicionálni a donor járműre, és meg lehet kezdeni az elemek rögzítését (akár kitöltve a hézagot az eredeti és az új panelek között, akár az újakat közvetlenül rögzítve az autó vázához).

Kérjük vegyék figyelembe, hogy ez a 3D modell egy eredeti e30-as digitális modelljére készült, de a prototípus építése során több módosításra is sor került. Magas szintű üvegszálas panel és mintakészítési szakértelem szükséges a bodykit gyártásához.

Amennyiben úgy dönt, hogy belevág a bodykit gyártásába, támogatásunk mindig Önnel lesz, szakértelmünkkel segítünk a folyamat bármely lépésénél.

The lights set of the TM concept30 prototype is quite an intricate piece.

Since we have all the tooling for the set, we can still provide you with the full set, including all german light modules and the front and rear custom LED stripes including the supporting base panels.

These are items that can be sent in a relatively small crate so the shipping should not be problematic, and you can use them straight in your bodykit manufacture process.

Mivel nálunk minden szerszám rendelkezésre áll a teljes szett gyártásához, tudjuk biztosítani a szettet igény esetén. Ebbe beletartozik az összes német gyártmányú lámpa modul, illetve az egyedi első és hátsó LED-csík lámpák a tartópanelekkel együtt.

Mivel ezek az elemek nem olyan nagyok, így viszonylag kis méretű csomagban küldhetőek, vagyis elkerülhetőek a korábban felmerül szállítási problémák.

A lámpaszett közvetlenül felhasználható a bodykit gyártása során.

Sections

Also available for download the full section set of the bodykit. This is a full scale collection of important body sections, based on which the actual bodykit can be shaped from PU foam or similar materials.

This method requires much more handcrafting, but can adopt better to special needs.

The prototype bodykit was built using this method as shown in the pictures - it took only 2 months :)
